School Violence in Music Schools at the IEP Conference

The conference “Approaches to the Prevention and Management of School Violence and Bullying” takes place in Athens on 7–8 March 2025, with the participation of the Institute of Educational Policy, the Ministry of Education and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Its programme brings together research and educational perspectives on the prevention, management and response to incidents of school violence and bullying.

The co-authored presentation “Music Teachers’ Views and Perceptions of School Violence and Bullying in Music Schools: Challenges, Management and Prospects for Intervention” focuses specifically on Greek Music Schools and on music teachers’ perceptions of the forms, management difficulties and possible responses associated with such incidents.
