Digital Explorations in Musical Improvisation at the 1st GSME Summer Meeting

The 1st Summer Meeting of the Greek Society for Music Education takes place from 26 to 28 August 2024 at the Music School of Kalamata under the theme “Paths of Musical Improvisation: Expression, Creation, Educational Experience”. Three days of workshops, music-making and professional exchange are organised around different forms of improvisation and their place in musical practice and education.

The experiential workshop “Improvisation, Experimentation, Innovation: Digital Explorations in Musical Creativity” uses digital media as starting points for improvisation, musical experimentation and creation, with examples of activities for different learning environments.
