Four Presentations at the 10th International GSME Conference

The 10th International Conference of the Greek Society for Music Education (GSME), themed “Music Teaching and Learning in Diverse Contexts: Functions, Values, Reflections,” takes place in Corfu from 31 October to 2 November 2025, in collaboration with the Department of Music Studies at Ionian University. The programme brings together research and practice addressing different contexts, approaches and issues in contemporary music education.

On 1 November 2025, four co-authored presentations are included: with I. Panagiotopoulou, on informal music-learning processes in a “European Music Orchestra” ensemble; with D. Michail, on songwriting practices in primary school; with May Kokkidou, P. Karetsou and M. Foulidou, on school bullying and victimisation in Music Schools; and with Smaragda Chrysostomou, on the design and implementation of ST(R)EAM scenarios in primary music education through the lens of Music Education 4.0.
