Emerging Technologies and AI in Instrumental Pedagogy — Guest Lecture at NKUA

On 21 May 2025, a guest lecture takes place within “Theory, Research and Practice in Musical Instrument Teaching and Learning (M516)” at the Music Pedagogy Division, Department of Music Studies, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The session focuses on the pedagogical use of contemporary digital and emerging technologies in individual and group instrumental lessons.

The lecture “Using Emerging Technologies, Digital Media, and AI in Musical Instrument Pedagogy” covers digital notation, performance recording, music production, creative coding, interactive and tangible interfaces, immersive technologies and AI tools. It also addresses feedback, self-regulation, access, reliability, privacy and responsible use.
