The Last Flickering Light

The Last Flickering Light is a one-act stage composition exploring memory, staying, exhaustion and the moment of decision. Taking the phrase “to stay” as its starting point, it enters into a free dialogue with Yannis Ritsos’s poetic monologue The Lighthouse Keeper and brings the question of responsibility into a new theatrical setting. Silence, the body and light are central to this exploration.
